Bake and Loaf
Having been to a blogger friend’s blog and came across her statement “bread price goes up” reminded me to the Automatic Breadmaker I bought couples of years ago. I’d made my own bread since then but that was before I got transferred here. I have some stuff chucked in the store-room still packed in their boxes including the breadmaker, even though it has passed 2½ years moving here. I think it’s time for me to start baking again.
It won’t help much to those who are paying electricity bill but it is to me because I get it free and one thing for sure time is saved. Ones can do baking and blogging or jogging or gardening or even going to work at the same time without bothering to check upon the baking process once timer is set. It’s simpler than ABC; mind you I’m not trying to promote anything here just want to share my experience… *hehee*

Eh seriously, that is one cute bread maker!! Waaa… where to buy that?! Macam I wanna buy also lah - to stock at my mom’s place. LOL! Not that I’m gonna bake all the time, but.. it’s so cute lah!!
PS: By any chance, do they come in pink color as well?
Its a Cosway Redemption Product , no pink color but the latest product looks nicer. Can make many types of bread including donut and epok-epok; recipe book included.

Ooh, thanks for the link
Is it reali dat easy to make the dough? Do you have to do anything (besides ensuring the ingredients and measurements are correct)? Now I’m so tempted to get one.
I think fresh bread smells heavenly!
OMG! You get ‘free’ electricity! Where do you work la?!! I want to work there too
No need to do anything just sit and watch your favorite show unless if you decided to make bun then you have to take the dough out and bake using the ordinary oven. I’ve tried a few types and really sedap. Honestly yes we get free such and such. BTW, I work as a chief clerk with the Sime Darby formerly known as Golden Hope while Cindy’s dad is our company medical advisor. I’m sorry Nessa there’s no vacancy at the moment… just kidding.

Best la almost everything free… senang masa depan!
To me lagi funny, that is when I received phone calls asking for the CC. I always answer “Its me, Cecilia”. The callers will said “Oh! CC pun nama CC juga kah”.
No, I’m a spendthrift lah Nessa, I spent as much as I earned.

I have a breadmaker and tried to make the bread twice… not quite satisfied with the result..
recipe pleaseeee!!
Blame the yeast not the machine..
Bread flour is more suitable than the ordinary one use for goreng pisang. As for the recipe, wait ya trini.. until I’m a bit free than I’ll type and e-mail it too you… (the line at home is not good enough, I depend on the office wi-fi mostly where time is limited)..
