Blog

“What is a blog?” This was the question I asked myself few years ago when I failed to look for the word “BLOG” from the dictionary.  The same question I asked my colleagues but what I get was a shrugged of their shoulders.  I asked those guys from our ICT Dept and they said a blog is a website.  Just that???… Yes, just that for an answer.

“What is blog use for?”  I came to know later…. (bla bla bla bla) ….Wahh! very interesting.  And so I decided to have my own website or must I say blog.  Today I came across an article from my reading material and I decided to post it in my blog for anybody who happened to be liked me before, looking for the non-existing word in the dictionary, a “BLOG”.

~~~~~~~~~~~~ Much Ado About Blogs ~~~~~~~~~~~~
The words blog is an abridgement of the term of web log.   Blog is a website, in the form of journal, and usually maintained by an individual, with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video.  Entries are commonly in reverse chronological order.
Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries.  A typical blog combines text, images and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic.  The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs.
The significance of blogs go beyond the simple personal online journals that many bloggers maintain, but in its interactivity an open-ended potential.
A blog can be a personal diary, a daily pulpit, a collaborative space, a political soapbox, a breaking-news outlet, or memos to the world.   It’s whatever you want it to be, with a reader interaction built-in.
Joints
Is joint discomfort below preventing you from leading a comfortable and active lifestyle?
~ Recurrent stiff neck and shoulders aches
~ Knee pain when walking, climbing the stairs or squatting
~ Joint stiffness in the mornings
~ Creaking and cracking of joints during movement
~ Lower back pain that worsened when sitting down for long hours
~ Joint discomfort before or during a change in weather
~ Pain in joints or after activity
If the answer is yes to any of the above, you may be suffering from joint deterioration or arthritis.  These symptoms if left unheeded can turn into a debilitating condition, limiting mobility and severely threatening the overall quality of life.
Fortunately you can put a stop to the aches and pains, and even reverse the condition. Numerous clinical research have proven that taking “Glucosamine” a natural joint-repair nutrient derived from decalcified shell of shellfish can repair the deteriorate joints and restore mobility.
So free your joints from stiffness, aches and pain now.
