Toxic Colon

One other way to tell if one has really toxic colon is to look at the belly. Is the belly protruding and droopy? Some people think that they have become fat when it is really the bulk accumulation of toxic wastes in the colon that is causing the abdominal bulge and weight gain.

I’m talking about myself and my experienced. I was struggling with weight problem caused by the bulge around my belly. So when a friend recommended me an organic supplement drink with complete variety of nutrients, I’ve made an excellent choice. “Melilia Organic + Soya” and later switched to “Cosway’s Bio Enzyme” with similar remedies but cheaper (I have briefly mentioned this to Flodawn’s comment at my previous post). I’ve managed to cleanse the colon and now still working on the fats using my Ogawa Magic Slimming Belt.

What are the facts that contribute to Toxic Colon?
As food moves through the intestines, there are bits which remain and decay, clinging onto the intestinal walls. Over the years, these leftovers become stubborn mucus-like plagues. Layer upon layer of this gluey substance begins to clog up the small intestines and colon, somewhat like a clogged sewage pipe.

When faecal waste stays in the colon, it becomes toxic and bacteria, yeast, fungi and parasites thrive in these toxic producing toxins that seep into the bloodstream and causes illness and diseases. If the colon is not working properly, toxin will be expelled from the body through other routes; the kidneys, the skin and the breath.

Common symptoms are as follows:-
1. Arthritis – joint and muscle aches
2. Body Odor and bad breath
3. Mental dullness – poor memory & concentration
4. Poor circulation – cold hands & feet
5. Frequent constipation or diarrhea
6. Recurring headaches & migraines
7. Neck & shoulder aches
8. Nausea
9. Skin problems – pimples & acne

When colon walls are heavily encrusted with wastes, the body is unable to absorb nutrients from food or other supplements efficiently. Hence, it is not surprise that an individual suffering from toxic colon would feel constantly drained of energy.

Bake and Loaf

Having been to a blogger friend’s blog and came across her statement “bread price goes up” reminded me to the Automatic Breadmaker I bought couples of years ago. I’d made my own bread since then but that was before I got transferred here. I have some stuff chucked in the store-room still packed in their boxes including the breadmaker, even though it has passed 2½ years moving here. I think it’s time for me to start baking again.

It won’t help much to those who are paying electricity bill but it is to me because I get it free and one thing for sure time is saved. Ones can do baking and blogging or jogging or gardening or even going to work at the same time without bothering to check upon the baking process once timer is set. It’s simpler than ABC; mind you I’m not trying to promote anything here just want to share my experience… *hehee*
