Excessive Armpit Sweating


If you suffer from excessive armpit sweating you know how uncomfortable it can make you. People who have this form of hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) are often embarrassed in public places and social situations. Hyperhidrosis can occur for many reasons, including glandular disorders, obesity, menopause, drug or alcohol addiction or side effects from prescription medication. No matter what the cause, you want to be able to manage this condition and reduce the problems associated with it.

 

Since sweating is a natural function that cools the body off, people who sweat excessively need more than most people to stay cool. When you sweat excessively, you are losing fluids and these must be replaced. Make sure you always have water with you and stay hydrated.

1) Diet
Eating a natural diet (if you are overweight), reducing calories and getting exercise will help your overall health. If you have a thyroid disorder, which often causes excessive sweating, you should seek foods that have iodine, such as sea kelp, healthy fish and other sea-based foods.

2) Supplements
Some supplements that have proven effective in some cases include apple cider vinegar and sage. You should put a tablespoon of pure, unfiltered apple cider vinegar into a glass of water and drink two or three times per day. Sage can be consumed as a tea or in an extract or other herbal supplement.

3) Identify the underlying causes
In some cases, you have to deal with excessive sweating by addressing the underlying cause. If you have a problem with obesity or alcohol, for example, this will have to be dealt with directly. If your problem is associated with a certain medication you are taking for another medical issue, you definitely should ask your doctor to have it changed.

These suggestions can help you deal with the problem of excessive armpit sweating. It is a challenging condition, but with persistence and the effort to pinpoint the cause, it can be successfully managed.

Tips For Walking On High Heels


Learning how to walk in high heel shoes is a skill that can be acquired. It just requires a little practice. First, learn to crawl, then walk, and then learn to walk in high heels. It’s important to understand that we won’t be able to wear a 4″ overnight. Start with a 2” to 3″ for a while. It stretches the arch in our foot and then we can start wearing sexy shoes without problems.

 

The first day or two, start practicing with just stand in one post without moving around while wearing high heels, to get used to balancing in them.  Without movement is more difficult than that if we were walking. Try several times in a day standing in high heels while watching TV. After several standing sessions of at least 15 minutes each, we’ll be ready to start practicing how to walk in it.

 

For every step we take, our heel should touch the floor first, followed by the ball of the foot and toe. Take slightly shorter steps than we normally would.  High heels with ankle straps make it easier while learning.

 

While going to train our feet and our arches, avoid spike heel. It’s best to learn with a chunky heel while getting used to the angle. A thick 3 or 4 inch heel will be easier to walk on and get used to. And in about a month or so we will be able to wear most high heels, sexy shoes and stilettos.

 

While wearing high heels, things like sewer grates, grass, sand, slippery surfaces are just a few to watch for.  In situations such as this walk on the ball of the foot, almost like on tiptoes, to avoid the heel from sinking into the ground.

 

If you want to walk in sexy high heels like the models do, keep feet pointed straight ahead, and each step should be placed in front of you like you are continually stepping on a single line painted on the floor ahead of you. Also, each step should actually cross over slightly past the line on the floor to the opposite side. This helps create the sexy hip sway that catwalk models are known for.
